The Macon Rd location is awful. I ordered curbside service and had to end up going inside 30 mins of waiting in the car...
Frequently having to deal with ordering a pizza from the app and finding out they have no driver available and I must go and... pick it up has soured this location for. Final straw was asking for a cheese pizza with a side of dipping sauce. The lady overthe phone sounded unsure and asked if I wanted a pizza with just cheese baked on. What. Excuse me? She was serious. I canceledthe cheese pizza to ask for something simpler like a hand tossed pepperoni. SHE STILL GAVE ME A PEPPERONI WITH ZERO SAUCE. Poorservice. Poor poor communication skills they gave my pizza away two times. First of all I called my order in at 8:30pm they said it?ll be... ready in 15 mins I arrive promptly at 9:00 pm giving them extra time to make the pizza. It?s currently 10:00pm and I stillhaven?t gotten my pizza I have seen plenty of people constantly come in and out while I?m still waiting this is terrible. I willnot be coming back here again.. Waited like an hour for my pizza to arrive just for it to look like this. I?m sure it was a perfect 10/10 of pizzas before... the delivery guy took possession for delivery. $21 for the center of my pizza to be stuck to the box lid. I have ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut twice now. Although I have not had the issues with delivery times that other... reviewers have noted (both deliveries were prompt), that's about the best I can say. Our first order was... ok? But tonight'sorder leaves us not really wanting to order from them again (which is a shame, because I really like Pizza Hut as a chain). Ourentire order was undercooked including our pizza, but it was most evident from our breadsticks--we had a double order packed inthe same box, and as you can see, one of the orders looks like it didn't even go in the oven. (The other may look okay, but feltand tasted undercooked.) Blech. Read more
I would give it zero stars if I could. Order was wrong and there was an item missing that my husband had to drive to the... restaurant for. We got the text saying our order was on the way and the driver got there with the cold food over an hour later. Never again. Read more
