This Pizza Hut location makes a good pizza and the employees really do try hard to please the customers with good food and... customer service. Supreme pizza not the same when none of the following toppings are ever available: pork, Italian sausage,mushrooms, or onions. Read more

Today I was at the Pizza Hut on Union next to basket robins so I went in the inside to order the manger gone tell me I can?t... order I have to call in okay that was cool so once I go outside to call she answer the phone in say they closed remind you it?sSunday 05/1/22 they close @ 12 it was 9:45 so I called back in said can I place a order she said our system down now I?m sittingoutside watching her cash people out in the store . Ordered my pizza online. After being 30 minutes late, I called customer service. Apparently the store just decided to close and... everyone clocked out and went home AFTER I ordered. No one bothered to tell me "I don't feel like bringing you your food". Noone at the store canceled my order so I could at least get my money back. I had to make that happen. I ordered a large pan pizza with pork, green peppers, mushrooms, and black olives. I placed my order through the app for carry... out. Order was placed at 1240 pm on a Friday and ready at 1255 pm. This is the best Pizza Hut pan pizza I?ve had from anywherein Memphis/Cordova/Germantown. Honestly it may be the best pan pizza I?ve had since the early 2000s. It was hot when I pickedit up, cooked perfectly, and had an even distribution of toppings. The cheese sauce were the correct amount and it was not madesloppily. Read more
