Nasty old place. Everything falling apart. They open at 11am, I arrived at 11:05, and the food is cold. How is the food... completely cold as soon as you open? That's pathetic. Then they ask me if I want them to "heat it up." Hell no I don't want toto heat it up. It should not be cold in the 1st place as soon as you open. I don't want food poisoning! The waitress was soooolazy with terrible attitude. She did not great us, did not bring us silverware, I had to walk to the front to get plastic togosilverware that was bent and use that. We had to get up to ask for everything we needed. This place is worthless! No stars!!! Read more
Was actually my first time eating here and it was good. It was quiet on a Sunday evening but to go was a bit busy.
This restaurant has been great place for lunch and dinner for many years growing up in Parkway Village! I'm proud to say that... the restaurant is still good today as it was back then. I hope to come back in the near future. Read more
I get food here for my 96 year old mom at least once a week. She enjoys the food and it is enough food to split in two microwave... containers and have two meals in her fridge. The staff is almost always friendly and helpful. Read more
I went to Piccadilly on Mt. Moriah Road in Memphis TN today. You could not dine in because the AC was broke. They had a big... commercial fan running to keep the customers in line cool. It was very hot just standing there for 4-5 minutes. The serverswere struggling trying to keep cool, be polite, smile and serve. The cooks were coming out of the kitchen dripping in sweat. This was so sad. This was a HOT mess. Piccadilly you really need to do better by your workers. It would have been best toclose today and have an HVAC person there repairing the air. Read more
I ordered a fish plate on Sunday June 12th, and was extremely dissatisfied with my whole complete order. The fish was thickly... breaded and they were too small pieces that looked like one long piece split in half. I understand that I did order through theapp but they should have just simply said they were out. That just wasn't worth it I understand it was a Sunday and maybe theyhad been hit by a big crowd and hadn't refreshed those items but no. My thing is this, don't serve someone something that youyourself as a customer would not eat. Ask yourself "does this look appealing?". Read more
My kids fav place to eat. It's always the chicken tenders for them and the carrot souffle.. Which taste nothing like carrots,... more like candy yams! Soft rolls plus free dessert with the kids meal equals a good night. Try to make it Tuesday or Thursdaycause the kids FREE with each adult meal! Read more
