I visited this place today for the FIRST time and found out some very distrurbing news. 1. You are being over-taxed on every... meal. - Tax in TN is 9.75% and EVERYONE that pays gets charged extra. Highway Robbery. 2. You have an additional charge forcredit card fees 3. On top of that, they add Gratuity (which I don?t mind this) The general manager at this place belittled usfor asking what the extra charges were and refused to charge us the correct amount. The chef came out causing a scene puttinghis hands in our face like we were wrong for asking questions. It was just horrible. I felt disrespected and dismissed. Come tofind out , they were/are taxing gratuity, the other taxes added and robbing US. She finally took some off but I couldn?t believethey would do that to the very people that support them! I would like to add that the food was flavorless (brunch menu). Iknow it?s a few dollars but this is happening with every customer. This is sooooo WRONG on so many levels. Y?all don?t visitthis place! It?s a joke and the food is not good. EDIT: They reached out to say this practice was legal. This was myresponse. Perignons Restaurant & Event Center, I stated that gratuity was taxed? which is the same thing you stated. I?ve neverseen nor heard of gratuity being taxed because it is considered a monetary gift. If TN law confirms this practice, I trulyapologize for the statement of robbery. However, the disrespect, and lack of knowledge on this matter when questioned about themultiple charges gave reason for me and my party to believe that it was something the manager was not aware of and we werebeing charged extra. This negative interaction could have been avoided. I still think that the taxing of gratuity and othercharges are a bit much. You have the choice to run your business the way you desire. I believe that several people thatpatronize your business feels the same way I do. Thanks for reaching out. Be blessed. Read more

I had my husband?s 60th birthday celebration here and it was AWESOME. I used them for the room, the decorations and the food. I... walked into the room and it blew me away. The food was so good, and the servers were dressed nice and kept the line moving. Ifyou want a fabulous event, this is your spot. Read more

My friend and I visited Perignons on May 21, 2022 around 4ish. The hostess was nice and cordial. We later found out she was the... manager. She stated that because they had a large party, they were still on their brunch menu. We took that to mean theywould've been serving dinner by then, but the kitchen was backed up. Now, after checking the restaurant's hour, I understandthat they are usually closed at 4pm and do not open again until 5pm. I would have rather she shared this information, so wecould've made an informed decision. I believe she was trying to be accommodating, which can be appreciated, but there is areason why the restaurant is scheduled to take a break between brunch and dinner. Other than the brunch party, my friend and Iwere the only two people in the restaurant. Secondly, my friend ordered Chicken and Waffles with a side of sausage. It took 45minutes for her order to come to the table. The waffles looked like Eggo waffles, the food wasn't hot, and they gave her baconinstead of sausage. When the sausage did come out, it was burnt. I didn't want breakfast food. The waitress informed us thatthey would start their dinner menu at 5pm. Since it was taking so long for my friend's food to come, I waited until 5pm. Weordered Boom Boom shrimp as an appetizer. They were small in size and quantity as well as heavily battered, but thetaste/seasoning was good. I then ordered some Jerk Chicken Pasta. The food came out in decent time. The seasoning in the pastawas pretty good, but my pasta came out very watery. The noodles were also overcooked. Though my plate was hot, my food was notvery hot. It was not that piping, fresh, hot with steam. Considering the shorter wait time, I think it should have beenfresh. I informed my server of my issues, and she got the manager. To be fair, the manager did ask if I wanted something else.I declined and just asked for a discount because I was so hungry and didn't feel like waiting. We had already been there over Read more

Me and my sister went for Brunch. We waited over an hour to get our food after we ordered it. The food was fair. Our waitress... needs more training. She didn't come to update us on our order. She didn't advise us of the issue going on in the kitchen. Also, I ordered the Mimosa flights and they came back to advise me that they didn't have any clean glasses they serve theMimosas in. I told them I didn't care what glass it came in, so long as I'm served the flight. The lady (not our waitress)returned and said here's what we can do...we can put two flavors in these type of glasses, which were water goblets. I said whatabout the other flavors. She said I only have these 2 glasses. I was floored. Wash a glass for Pete's sake. So I settledwith the two. I should've just cancelled the flight. It wasn't good. We were looking for our waitress. She pretty muchdisappeared. We had to reach out to the cashier/host for assistance twice. Then they only gave a small discount. Not enoughfor our inconvenience. Read more
