Wow, never had a bad pizza from Papa John?s before until today. Crust was burnt and the ingredients were very skimpy
Worst delivery experience ever I ordered a pizza at 4:12 today and it?s been over 2hours and I still haven?t received my order... no calls or anything. I?ve called the store multiple times only to be told she left with my order @4:29 here it is 6:04 and shestill hasn?t delivered my order I mean this is so disappointing then to top it off I received a $20 credit on a $60 order!Terrible service just terrible! Super nice but busy woman seemed to be managing things. Obviously short staffed, this fine team of folks are still able to make... a pizza in a reasonable amount of time. Toppings are generous and papa John's hasnt messed with their products like other placesto try to cover up for shortages. Def call ahead or order on line. They re trying but things do slow down when there arentenough people to work during rush times. Read more
