Man this is CRAZY!! I was not satisfied when I came in to pay for my order, seeing the young lady preparing the pizza with no... gloves on her hands at all. She came from the back after she finished preparing the pizza, her hands were cover with flour, andimmediately started working on the register. She didn't clean her hands. She didn't wash her hands or anything. She found myorder, took my money and told me my order would be done shortly. She then started moving pizza boxes to restock them (still didnot wash her hands). She gave a person their order that came in after me. Still did not wash her hands. She stood there, waitedfor my order to be done and gave me my order. SHE STILL DID NOT WASH HER HANDS! Which leads me to believe when I walked out withmy order, she started preparing the next order without washing her hands. And for this reason, I will never order from this PapaJohn's again.. She did greet me when I came in and she said she will be with me in a second. That was a plus. But when shewalked from the back with no gloves on and started working on the register I was absolutely disgusted. I was losing it on theinside. It is so much going on today. Coronavirus is still real, along with a lot of other germs and illnesses. Restaurantsshould still be doing everything they can to protect their customers. Of course, I prayed over my food before we ate it, as Ialways do. The pizza was fresh and hot. It was also good. They need better sanitary practices to protect the customers. I use to not like Papa John's pizza until I went to the Mendenhall location the pizza is great the people where courteous enough... but I was in and out within minutes this is the only place I will get a pizza. Read more
This location has the best pizza door dash and uber eats are always taking there picking up pizzas at this Mendenhall location.
Ordered buffalo wings, these wings had just like a splash of sauce. It makes no sense why that would not have enough sauce? How... hard is it to just "pour" sauce? Read more
