Me and my mom stopped at this Panda for having lunch. It was quite packed, and a lot of options were not available. I usually... love to get mixed greens instead of rice, but they said they don?t have it. Even in other entrees also, they ran out of manyoptions! However, we got our plates with fried rice and noodles, etc. just another, very usual Panda Express. I would have beenhappier if they would have everything that I was looking for. First of all, I love this place. If you want to eat fast and healthy, this is the place for you. Large portions at very... reasonable prices, and veggies are available. My first time in was amazing. I was helped by a very nice man, who maderecommendations for my dietary needs. That visit was a home run. Today's visit: Not so much. The place didn't even unlock thedoors until 11:20. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a chicken egg roll. And the gal behind the counter was - well, let's justsay she wasn't the man I met during my first visit. Maybe today was an anomaly. First time in this one. I love Panda Express every once in a while. It was clean and our service was fine. But they didn't seem... to have alot of the food ready yet. Granted we were there a little early, maybe 11:40. But there were quite a few empty pans.Food was great though, nice and hot and tasty. The crew working were nice and everything looked clean. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat, since we can get fairly healthy food. The people were warm and friendly. Unfortunately,... they didn?t have the veggies as a side, and we can?t have rice or pasta on our diet, so we just got entrees. They wanted tocharge for individual entrees instead of the cheaper plate prices. Cashier said she had to do it that way. Makes no sense to paymore money for less food, when they are out of the the side you want. I asked for manager, who wasn?t present. She had to callthe manager. We did get the plate prices, however the cashier reported that she was instructed that she can never do thatagain! Also asked for plastic wear to cut up our large meat and broccoli and was told they didn?t have any. Must be part of thenational supply shortage? Read more
I'm giving this rating,cause one person said the exact thing that resonates in my mind and it's true an I won't ever dine there... ever again. The food is not fresh, it's sits and it becomes dried out ????. You should have cooks available on staff to cookfresh food as the traffic an demand merits it. Then, you'll never have to worry about cooking too much food or having food sitand dry out???? The only dishes, I enjoyed, was the honey shrimp an the low mein, that's why I gave ??. Nice Americn-Chinese fast food restaurant. U can see the employees cook the food. They don't cook such a large amount that the... food sits in the warmers and dries out. This means your food is usually fresh and hot when served to you. There are many tastyfood items. My favorite is the honey walnut shrimp (it's a premium item, so they charge a little extra). I visited this location for the first time. It?s located just next to Walmart. They were out of a lot of things. I ordered... penance chicken, noodles and black pepper chicken. Food was good. Customer service was good. I would say the food price arepocket friendly. Read more
My date and I were hungry after a movie, so we decided to give panda a try. They were closing in an hour so, we felt good about... the food quality. When we got there, there was no fried rice and only maybe 5 total options available. But we are here now, I don't know the guys name. He's Mexican decent, but he was wonderful. He fried the white rice for us. So, we get orders in.And then it happens! The young guy that's was making our plates, with no gloves on or face mask. Filps a noddle that was hangingout of the to go box with his bare hands. My date which happens to be a doctor was livid. We paid and just left. Maybe moretraining, and manager over site.
