I will give a another chance as food was good and most staff were great. Our first waitress was clearly upset about something to... the tune of slamming plates, mumbling, etc. but other staff were proactive and rotated her away before we or any other tablesaid something. Most of the staff were great. The first staffer was on the much younger side than normal and perhaps just needsmore training or assistance. I don?t know. The food was good, hopefully this was just a bad day situation and hopefully theywill continue to come back from the pandemic lows. I had a quick lunch here with a friend. Our server was great! The steaks were cooked to perfection! The lavender lemonade was... very refreshing on that hot day! Please keep it on the menu! We had a great time and enjoyed our food and customer service! Read more
Was seated for a party. Immediately after sitting down, was made to get up and go to end of line to wait. Embarrassing. I went... to my car to go home. While in parking lot, I called the host of party to let know why I am leaving because server made me leaveeven though I was there to celebrate a senior church mother birthday. She told me a seat was for me. Came back in. Sat in filthybooth and waited 30 minutes before being acknowledged. Server never apologized to me and the sad part is that the seat I wasremoved from remained empty the entire time. No apologies even though I didn't make a scene. My meal should have been free ordeeply discounted and an apology. Instead, the two people received deep discounts of $30 each on their each tickets for beingmade to get up. Wow! Hadn?t been here in awhile but this visit was pleasant. Was seated promptly. The waitress Felicia was excellent and we were... served quickly. The food was delicious and nutritious. I tried the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. Then I had a marbled ribeyesteak with steamed seasonal grilled veggies , and a loaded baked sweet potato. Given that I don?t eat a lot of meat due to mydigestion I had no issues, the steak was cooked and marinated perfectly. It was fresh. This was my first time at this location. It wasn't to busy for a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive. ... My waiter Terrence was great. Only issue I had was there was a bug in my salad ewww.. I inform my waiter and he handled itquickly. The manager Ms Harris came to apologize and corrected the issue at hand. My friend and I went to Outback one night. We had a great experience, Jada, our waitress definitely gets 5 stars!! She was so... attentive and friendly! We never needed anything because she anticipated every need, she was quick with EVERYTHING, and knew themenu well. Our food was perfect, we ordered prime rib, green beans, potato soup and a blooming onion (and no, we couldn't finishit all... our eyes were bigger than our stomachs! ????) The prime rib was delectable, the au jus was great- it wasn't plain beefbroth that some restaurants pass off as au jus- my green beans were al dente and not overcooked, the soup was full of flavor,and that blooming onion was great! While dining-in, I?ve always had great experiences. To-go/delivery orders are hit or miss. This was the burger I received last... night. I had already taken two bites out of it before I realized it was raw. This is extremely concerning because I?m pregnantand puts me at an increased risk for food-borne illness. Toxoplasmosis is real and super scary. This could have been avoided.The manager I spoke with was very apologetic and offered a $15 credit. He handled it as best he could, but I?m still veryfrustrated about it. Please, check your burgers/steaks before taking a bite because this isn?t at all worth it. Read more
