We love Menchie's however it seems that the employees can close when ever they want to. My family and I drove across town to get... a treat and arrived at 7:28 pm. When we arrived the door was locked and an employee was sitting at a table on her phone. Shecame to the door and let us know they were closed. I said oh the website said you close at 8. She said yeah we closed early sowe could clean. I let her know that they should change their hours then so the customers knew when they actually close. Verydisappointing that now hours posted include the time for their employees to clean instead of hours of operation. Read more

Absolutely fav place to get a sweet treat! Always clean around the yogurt area, they change the flavors frequently and they have... the toppings in containers (which I love) the prices are a little high but it?s worth it. The customer service has always beenpleasant as well. Read more

Closed 20 minutes early. Open sign was still on at 7:43 but she wouldn't let my KIDS in. This is lying. :-(
