Went for lunch with my husband. We were wanting to try some things from a couple different trucks, but glad we just picked one.... We went with Bay's Wings and so happy we did! We shared the chicken egg rolls, shrimp PoBoy and 4 chicken tenders tossed inHoney Gold sauce. Both entrees came with fries and drinks. Very filling, cooked well and was nice and clean. Baaaaby! Between that steak sandwich at Bay's wings and the Elotes from Pablo's, I'm smacked! Steak sandwich was a lil salty,... but it was delicious, hot, and tender! We stopped by for lunch today at 1pm. I picked up the 32 strawberry lemonade for $5; which was so refreshing with fresh real... strawberries. I also had the chorizo rice bowl from Pablo's. This was delicious and very filling. Overall I spent $21 with taxand tip. Honestly a little spendy for a food truck. But very delicious. I would recommend for a quick bite. Read more
It was a nice day to enjoy Memphis weather in the middle of November! I tried the Monte Cristo sandwich from Bay's Chicken and... it was delicious. The fries with their special season was perfection! Clean area, great customer service. I hope Memphissupports this Food Truck Park because it's a great change from your normal work lunch routine. I'll be back for sure! Read more
