The African American woman with the braids to the scalp into a ponytail has the most awful attitude. She yells at you because... she cannot hear. Always gets your order wrong. Today she threw the sauce packages into my hand and would not give me what Iasked for. There is no need to take your personal anger out on innocent customers. I don?t like to say people should be fired,but she should be. Everyone else is so nice but she brings down the place. Read more
Waited patiently for the new McDonald's on Appling to open. Now that I have had several bad experiences, I'm not very excited to... go. If you go to the drive thur, be prepared for one lane to get 4 orders before you, then you have to wait to be told they areonly taking cash due to machine down. Very let down!!!! My wife and I made our first and last visit to this McDonalds a few days ago. Pulled up to use the outer line of the two... drive-thru lanes and sat behind a truck that was at the speaker for about 5 minutes before he angrily drove off. We rolled up tothe speaker next and sat for 10 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. When the car in the lane beside us ordered and droveon up, I figured it was finally our turn. Nope. When they took another order in the lane beside us and still didn't acknowledgeus we knew that despite the menu and lights all turned on and no indication the lane was closed, it wasn't taking orders. Havingwaited over 25 minutes, we gave up and left, same as the guy in the truck before us. There were several cars behind us too. Ifeel bad for the ones who probably sat there for who knows how long just to never get to place an order, or even be told thatthe lane was closed. Read more
Yet another disappointing fast-food joint is just what our city needed. How hard is it to make sure an order is complete before... it goes to the customer? I placed my order on the app for curbside pickup. Two teenage girls brought out my food, for some reason - minus the 2 drinks. I... reminded them of the drinks and they retrieved them...without straws. So I circled around to get straws at the window from theother young teenager. Of course, i didn't check my bag while there, and got home to discover 2 burgers missing from my order. Iguess that's MY fault for not scrutinizing more. I always have sympathy for under-staffed places, but i was literally the onlycustomer there at 3:30pm, so not really any excuses. The place is obviously staffed with the cheapest teenage labor, and noexperienced supervisor or management. Everyone was friendly, but the place is obviously poorly run. When I got home, I had tocall the McDonalds 888 number and spend 10 minutes answering questions to POSSIBLY get my $4 refunded, as if that makes thesituation better. Read more
The cashier doesn?t patients with the orders. The hamburger is ok but the meat is raw completely. We could not eat them with 3 ... orders. So disappointed. Read more
The nice thing about eating at one of the Jeffers family owned McDonald?s is that you will likely encounter one of the owners... (see last pic). Better quality and service than your average McDonald?s. After eating at one of their locations you will likelypass by some of the other McD locations. Read more
No napkins and No straws in drive thru, today. Otherwise, taste is good. This McDonald's is as close as possible to what... McDonald's tasted like in the 90s. The restaurant is very clean, and they bring your order to your table without shouting foryou to come get it. I'll definitely visit this location again. Thank you. Read more
