Don't really know who trains their employees but it's not enough, they work those cooks to death, they have no air really... because of how hot it is, & they have okay customer service, as a business owner, I was appalled at how they look &establishment looked, someone from management needs to step in & correct these things. If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited 10 minutes to order at the dive thru. No one took our order and there were several... cars behind us. We pulled to the window and the cashier told us she wouldn't take our offer there and we had to go back to theend of the line. Needless to say we left. I ordered a 4 for 4 and a happy meal. I only got the sandwich. No nuggets, no fry, no drink. My baby happy meal was old. I Sat... there for 45 minutes for them to run back and forward to and from the window AT 10 times.
