Hi in my 8 years of being a manager on 3rd shift at McDonalds, I never thought I here a cashier be so disrespectful and lie at... the same time. I'm at McDonald's by my house on Union and I pull up at 3:41am she said they were closed till 4am. I said ok andpull off to get gas and came back at 4:03. She said they closed I ask okay well this the white Ford again, you told me 4am youwill be opening, I went and got gas and tried IHOP as well but they said order online only. The cashier at McDonald's on Unionreply back stating ????? okay well it's 4 and as you can hear we still closed. I ask when will you guys be been y openings andshe Didn't GIVE me a answer back. Can someone please tell me why it's 4:18 now and all I'm hearing is this young lady talk aboutme on the mice. You could at least cut it off so I don't here you. Worst workers. Wrong food charged me extra for sauce and didn?t even get the sauce. Completely wrong order. Go here at your own... risk Read more
Food was ok, but service was not great, 3 of the 4 Kiosk machines were not working but you had to use them to pay by card. Staff... also did not give the correct order to all 3 of us, and when we asked, they didn't have the orders to hand as the receipt didnot print and had to tell them what we ordered. Read more
I live very close so I go there often. On multiple occasions I?ve waited in the car line for 20 /30 plus minutes, only to be... told later that they cant service anyone in the line as they have to many online orders and basically told to leave. Such awaste of time?. As such, I will never go to this store again. If you go to the drive anytime after 9, there?s a real chance youwill wait a crazy amount of time and then later be told ?we cant take any orders? fair warning. Read more
Would have given 0 stars? the female employee tonight was very rude and unprofessional. Had items missing, so I had to go back... and get the rest of my order for my kids. She literally yelled at me: ?I don?t even remember you, so what is missing?? The maleemployee who handed me the initial order wasn?t much better. Didn?t say a word, didn?t even give me a receipt. Terrible experience. The guy at the window tried to argue with me over barbecue sauce. Seriously sir, if there was some in the... bag I wouldn?t have asked for more. Also, I asked for Mac Sauce on my sandwich and the girl at the window sounded flabbergastedat the request, audibly questioned my choice and then my sandwich didn?t even have it on there. MacD is MacD. A very usual, basic, fast food chain. I stopped by to take a sandwich on the go. The drive through service is not... excellent. I had to wait in line, while it was just a few cars only. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was very basic and I feltit a bit dry. Read more
McDonald's continue to raise prices yet the service is going down considerably in Memphis. I visited other states Recently and... had awesome experience in McDonald however messages will not get out of the dirt. Even the regional manager made up excuses! Read more
