Got the got someone else's order in the drive through then got the order incorrectly made it was cold sandwhiches and fries... dumped dumped into the bag. Had to go into the store and wait 20 minutes for the order to be remade. The manager did give mefree pastry of my choice....but had to explain my order 5 times and personally supervise it being made. Went here this morning. Ordered a sausage egg biscuit and a small orange juice. Get to work open my food and it was a regular... sausage biscuit. Extremely disappointed. Not to mention this location has poor customer service. The employees never greet youor anything. Not a good look. Read more
Not good. I order Happy meal. I'm asked if I want apples or upgrade the fries. I choose to upgrade and add two additional small... fries and two small fries. How about I get one additional fry. This was the second time this has happened. Read more
The cleanliness of this location should be a negative review. The restroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in over a week.... The glass display on the front counter was extremely dirty. The employees behind the counter were eating while making orders.The employees at the front counter had headphones in and were not interested in ringing up orders at the register. Read more
Stopped here for lunch. Told the lady at the order window I wanted a LOT of sweet and sour sauce with my 10 piece nugget meal.... Got my food, they put 2 sauces in. I asked for 4 more. They said they would be 45 cents a piece. I offered my debit card andthey said I had to park my car and go in. The lady finally gave me 3 when I complained. Then I start to eat and realized that Ionly had 9 nuggets in my 10 piece meal. Never stopping here again. Read more

I ordered 2 Happy Meals and this is the thanks that I get. Those employees don't get it right. McDonald's employees don't care... about the children or adults that eats this cold food. The fries were old, cold, and the hamburger was over cooked with nomustard and onions. McDonald's need to hire real employees and not lazy ones. I have to go to the good neighborhood and buy hotfood. I dislike when I am served cold and stale fries. I went to this location 3 doggone times in one week. I drove to thewindow and the fries were so stale, I gave those fries to my dog. The manager told me to go inside to get a fresh meal, finallywas a different manager. But still the manager should give the employees a quiz on customer service because somebody don'tremember the rules. I am disappointed and I am never going back to this location. You take people money and don't give adoggone about customer service. The older lady at the last window says to me,"We don't do redos," and I am thinking like, lady Ipaid for a meal and my food should be hot and fresh at all times. No and it's buts about it. I tell you, there needs to be moreHispanic people at these McDonald's working. At least they do a better job and they care about customer service. I just wanted to get food during work at 8pm on a Friday. Lo and behold there is NOBODY working the drive-thru. People were in... the parking lot literally taking pictures of the empty workspaces through the windows. Not even this first time this happenedTHIS WEEK.
