This is the worst McDonald's ever. The lady at the drive throw window was very rude, she was arguing with me instead of checking... my order. I ordered a med hot chocolate with a sausage and biscuit, was charged $5.14 but they gave me a small coffee instead,on top of telling me they was out of receipt paper. This is not the first time or second time this has happened. I think thislocation need News channel 3 to investigate staff and management. Read more
Never ever do i complain.... but horrible service. LONG like 15-20 wait just to order not even busy... Missing order items even... after asking. French fries tasted like the salty sea. Get the orders right and lose the salt use. Literally could be someone'sonly meal for the day. Read more
Fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I ate maybe 1/4 of them. Threw the rest in the trash.
This location is just beyond bad. They are probably the worst location in the entire franchise! Poorly trained staff and I have... to put the blame on terrible managers!! They were very helpful, the lady was polite and understanding the driver being deaf. It was a very easy and pleasant... transaction. food was hot and ready quickly. I also had a problem with my card and they werent accepting cash at the time andthey accommodated my dilemma and accepted cash anyways. I appreciate the helpful and courteous manner that they had as well asquality and prompt service. Thank you for your time McDonald's staff you really went above and beyond! Read more
I just left from up there and I got to say... The crew that's up there this evening is awesome. The cashiers on drive through... was sweet and patient. The kitchen did a wonderful job on making all of my meals as ordered. For them to always be short onstaff I can truly say I'd give them 10 stars if I could because I've had the longest day ever and was expecting to be in linefor a while but they fooled me today.
