I went inside to eat. As I was placing my order the manager pulled the cashier to have her do something else. The line just... stood still for like 6 minutes with nobody waiting on us. When I finally got served I asked to eat in. They told me they didn'thave time to clean the trays so I should eat on the bag. Smh. Never again Read more
I am more that sure that Customer Service does NOT exist ANYMORE. The young lady answered the intercom and said ?Hello? ?I?m... ready for your order? as I proceeded To give her my order I was asked to pull to the first window. I wasn?t greeted, the cashierwas sitting down on her phone with a vape pen in her hand and stood up and gave me my total. The entire encounter she only toldme my total. Get to the lay window, no one said nothing and just handed me my drinks. They were about to give me the wrongorder. I then had to pull up and wait on my order. This is so sad. Our generations have no people skills and it shows.Technology is ruining them and I wouldn?t even be mad if a robot made my food at this point. I would only have one expectationfor the robot.
