The line wasn't long but we waited at the order station for quite some time. The gave me a dirty cup not once, not twice but 3... times. Then gave me the wrong drink once I received a clean cup and it was leaking. Handed it to me and said I know I know I'llget you some napkins. This particular McDonald's located on poplar Ave next to the main library is always a pretty easy-going place and most... importantly....WE WERE THERE AROUND 12:30A.M.-1:00A.M AND THEY HAD ICE CREAM MACHINE WORKING!!!! Update: I gave this location another try on 5/17/20 after a poor experience about a year ago. My nuggets were undercooked, my... fries had salt - ordered no salt-, and my sweet tea had too much ice - ordered easy/light ice. A rude shift manager was willingto comp my meal and argued that it was policy to fill the cup to the top full of ice for the quality of the tea - big lie-. Icalled corporate. My order was incorrectly completed; I asked for only chesse and mustard (look at the photos below). I exitedmy car and went inside to the front counter to have my order refilled correctly, I was given a very slightly warm meat pattythat is used on the McDouble and 1 slice of cheese(photo below) instead of the freshly hot cooked Quater Pounder meat patty and2 slices of cheese (was fixed correctly on 2 previous visits). Worse of all the shift mananger wasn't on the floor and yellingloudly at workers as she was walking to the front counter. Additionally, 2 cars left the drive thru line after ordering beforepaying. The quality of food is horrible! Why serve all day breakfast if you don't want to prepare it all day. Came through at noon.... Order 67 very slow at the time. Was given an old hash brown and sausage muffin. I asked very politely if I could get anotherbecause it was cold. Apparently they redropped the hash brown and gave me the same one. I called about 10 times to number on thereceipt. Got no answer. Will be doing the survey on receipt. I don't recommend this store. Read more
I walked into the location of Poplar next to the library. When I walked in there were 3 people in the lobby and it took 7... minutes for the staff to acknowledge us. The drive thru wasn?t busy. After 15 minutes in the store, a lady came to take myorder. I?m sill in the store now waiting for my order. I wanted to call the area supervisor number but it?s not posted? now Iunderstand why? totally unacceptable? never again!!! Read more
