My order was wrong an the line it took to get was entirely toooo long but my son love McDonald's I ask for a 10 piece nugget... meal instead I was gave a happy meal the nite shift manger got smart an an mumble words as she left the window I told her don'teven worry bout it just give me my drink if you gone get smart with the customer why did you choose to work in the fast foodindustry are the customers always right or not I know what I ordered an I know what I expected an did not get so if I couldhave left no stars it's fine with me but I will not be returning to the McDonald's on SHELBY DR AN RIVERDALE horrible service =to many young people who don't care bout life choices. I picked up lunch for my children through the drivethu. At 10:45 AM lunch was just being served but wasn't ready, I had to... pull over and wait. This was not really a big deal until the wait time became excessive and the order was incorrect. Nonapkins, straws, salt or ketchup, plus 1 of the meals was incorrect, weird since it was 2 of the same thing. I had to get outand go inside to have the order corrected as well as get napkins and condiments that should come with every order. Theemployees were extremely unpleasant because I was asking for The meals I ordered and paid for. This was the second unpleasantexperience I've had at this location. I will not be returning in the future, I'm sure they don't care if they lost a customerbecause they should, that's the problem. Read more
NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Did a mobile order and i was the only one who had to pull up. Literally sat there for 35 minutes before... pulling off. That's ridiculous. Now i have to get in contact with somebody to get my money back. Ridiculous. Read more
My my my....... What a change McDonald's has taken. All I can say is the service was not good, and the food was cold. I don't... think they deserve that one star I gave them. Will not be going back to the McDonald's on hacks crossing. My money will gowhere the services is great and the food is all right. Evening shift literally does one order at a time. Long wait in the drivethru only to be told to wait at the front entry. The... young lady at the first window said she?s the only person taking payments, taking orders, and delivering orders at the secondwindow. Went thru the drive thru, the double drive thru lines made it quick to get our food. This location stays busy so I would prepare... to wait a Lil longer at lunch time or dinner time, despite how busy they are I never had a complaint with the food Read more
The wait time is very bad. I drove up to the first line, they never came on at first to ask me for my order. The second line... about 4 to 5 cars order had Been taken. I kept saying hello. Then they finally answer. The young lady was very nice that took myorder. After I drove around I asked for my receipt and the young lady said that they machine was down. So I pulled on up andthey ask me to move forward. I?ve was sitting out front r for about for about since 10:42. The young lady brought the car behindme they food. So I ask when will I receive mys and the hesitated and then said it will be out. So again I?m still sitting. Theyit?s 11:02 and the bring out some food that didn?t belongs to me. The wrong order. I requested a refund. So here it goes againit?s 11:07pm the young came out with some food. I informed her that I requested an refund. She was really nice and she offer mea free pies. But I turned it down because I was ready to get my money and go. I order and #1, 4C, and a kids meal. When I pulledup it was about 10 30 some.and it?s 11:12pm.
