This is the slowest McDonald's ever. I waited in line 20 minutes to order with only 4 cars in front of me. After I placed my... order I waited another 20 minutes to pay and another 10 minutes to get my food. Almost an hour for 2 breakfast sandwich combos.This is totally ridiculous...Customer service is terrible. I guess because of the lack of help they are just hiring some of themeanest people ever. I worked at McDonald's when I was in High School years ago and we took a class in customer service. Thereis no way in the world this would have been tolerated, and it has to start with management and some of them are just as rude!!! Read more
Terrible service. Food was served quick but had to wait an additional 5 minutes for a soda. Then an additional few minutes for a... straw. By the time I got home with the drink, it had no syrup in it so I didn't have a drink with my meal. Read more
Waited in line for 15 minutes, no one took our order. I called inside and I asked if someone was going to take our order and was... rudely informed that they were short staffed and we could either continue to wait or go somewhere else. We sat for another tenminutes waiting before then finding out they decided to close without even addressing us at the window. Read more
So I?ve been sitting here for 15 min in the McDonald?s drive thru and no one has bothered to acknowledge that they have a long... line of CUSTOMERS patiently waiting for ANY kind of service. Awful service. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. We ordered our food from the app and when we went to the drive through... nobody was answering. They sent many of people away but not answering even though the staff was walking around inside. Read more
