I waited at the window for over 15 minutes to place an order for a large tea. We were told by the person at the window that she... would be right with us. She never got back with us.. People were leaving. I drove past the pickup window and I was told "she iscounting her register". McDonald's whether you know or not, you are losing revenue with this process. It needs to be fixed. Iwas also told I could come inside to place my order. Well, there is a convenience to using the Window. As I parked to go inside,the lady on the inside had the tea ready and was eager for me to have it. She was also instructing the cashier to ring it.However, as I approached to pay, the young lady could not ring the order up because the register was "tied" up". Mind you, Iobserved that there were two registers. There was a gentleman ahead of me who had place his order using a debit card and from myobservation, he knew the gentleman cashier. Not sure what was going on with that, but there was nothing that the young ladycould do until the other cashier gentleman "untied" the register. Which at the time, he was not doing and not trying to do. Hehad left the register completely and was in the back of the house . There was a line in the restaurant and I am sure some of thecustomers were people who had been waiting at the window. Read more
When these folks ask if you want fries with your order, you say. Yes! Or they will pop a cap in your butt. Don't mess around... when ordering either. They take customer service seriously - 10 to 20 years seriously. Read more
We did not end up placing and order since we sat at the drive thru for 8 minutes before a customer drove up in the second lane... and was served immediately. When we asked the response was well that's not my problem. I said fine then we would just like toorder and were told to just leave. I am aware that it's not a job that most people show any respect for regarding the employeesbut after 20 years of restaurant industry work myself I have to say that was beyond rude and completely unnecessary Read more
A very heated environment, the poor person at the register was trying to be helpful and correct my messed up order but the... workers in the back were refusing to correct it :/ I ended up walking away after a shared look between the cashier and I withoutwhat I paid for. I didn't want to ruin their shift by having them create more conflict with the workers in the back. I'dreccomend going somewhere else, if you'd like fast food. Read more
The slowest location fast food location in Memphis, maybe the country. I have tried three times (two drive through, once inside... ... where no one acknowledged the registers existed) to quickly pick up something here; there won't be a fourth attempt. Read more
Love cheap food.mcdonalds is pretty much cheap for chicken sands.unless you get the spicy.lol which they accidentally gave me... when I orded two m chicken.they lost two bucks. Spicy.and I got a mcdouble was the same price as two m.c. Read more
