I am at the McDonald's right now and was just turned away to order breakfast at 10 minutes to 11:00 and they are supposed to... serve breakfast until 11:00 and they turned away several customers. If you want to lose business by closeing breakfast 10minutes early because you're lazy then that's not the kind of business I want to do service with. The manager was even there andtold them it was okay to close breakfast 10 minutes early and it was not due to the lack of available food. 1. I can?t remember having a positive interaction with anyone at this location, but I can remember several negative interactions... and experiences. 2. I never get exactly what I order. 3. Please just take all ice cream products off your menu. It?s neverworking anyway, so stop giving us hope that it might be. Read more

This is the worst run McDonalds I have ever been to. We ordered at the kiosk and then had to wait over 20 mins. It was like we... were ignored. Then the area supervisor who happened to be there stepped in when she saw us still waiting. She yelled across therestaurant at one point t in a very unprofessional way. Our order was not complete when we did get it and the attitude of thepeople in the back was awful. They were loud and yelling at each other and again very unprofessional. The manager himselffinally came out of his office to help. I don?t expect a 5 star restaurant but I?ve been to McDonalds many times and this isabsolutely the worst. Was there this past holiday between 9 and 10am We barely made it through the door and was told that we had to place our order... through the kiosk ... there was no other customers in the restaurant . After waiting several minutes we was told to come get ourorder, obviously taking a number does not mean that the order will be brought to you ... Upon picking up our order I noticedeverything was in one bag and the bag turned upright allowing our hot cakes and sausage to be bundled up in the corner of theserving trays. We had to make a trip to get any syrup at all ... made a trip for forks and was told they could only give usspoons ... made a trip for ketchup that we asked for ... and then realized no napkins anywhere . Each time I made a trip Ipolitely said "thank you" , each time a response of "uh-huh" was given. Also while there ... four other customers walked in andeach was lucky to have their order taken. There's an attitude with these employees that shouldn't exist but given todays climatehow people treat each other ... I should have expected it The Absolute Worst That I Have Ever Experienced ... the owner of thisstore should be ashamed & aware of his/her numbers being produced ... If I allowed any business that I owned , having theseemployees, I'd be out of business !! Read more

Good big Mac combo and happy meal. Ordered sprite and received some type of Seltzer water. Didn't have time to return. Sucked!!!... No one in drive-thru behind me. Not busy at time of visit. Read more

McDonald's is what it is... I pretty much know what to expect, but for something quick to eat going down the highway, I overlook... the quality. However, the last 3 times I have been here have not been good, even by McDonald's standards. I will give themprops for speeding up their drive thru, but the food has been so cold that the cheese is not even melted. I used to joke aboutfood being left under a heat lamp for too long, but not anymore. Their burgers are okay at best in a pinch, but now they arecold and inedible even under the most desperate situations. This is not the only location I have been to lately with the sameresults, so I feel this is a systemic issue. Arrived at 1028AM I was told immediately no more breakfast...so I asked can I see the lunch menu then because it wasn't changed.... They told me it doesn't go up until 11am...every other McDonald's I've been at serves breakfast until they change the menu. Sobetween 1030am to 11am what can I order? Who knows...I left and didnt place my order. One lady there might have been the managerbecause she felt the need to repeat what the other worker told me. Unpleasant and not very customer service. Service was very slow and workers made me feel like I shouldn?t be ordering. Once got my meal (double quarter pounder meal) my... fries were old and my burger was not done at all. Would not recommend needs new workers. Read more
