Every time I come here it gets worst & worst. Unorganized,lazy employees !!! Every time I come I have to drive around and get... someone attention to inform them of a line. They sit in the back room & ignore the speakers. They have you waiting at least15/20 minutes after coming to the speaker. Please get new management in here this place is just ridiculous. Read more
My daughter got a very raw burger. 7 to 8 dollars on a combo got home and the burger was completely pink and unedible

Horrible place to just even order on the drive thru you can hear tgus people on the speaker joking and making this l9ng... conversation while we just wait by the speaker this is not right it took us more than 10 minutes to even just place ourorder stay away from here you'll get colld fries windows lady taking orders with a tone like it wants to kill you findanother location you'll regret no courtesy at all this ugly people got no manner at all we got our order at least 22 minutes later from the moment we got at the speaker never again i rather eat at home or somewhere else Read more

Horrible?we stood in the drivethru line around 11:50 pm for 30 minutes and no car was served. I can?t make this up. Called... inside no one answered. If you all don?t want to serve the Whitehaven community please do us a favor and pack up and leave. Needs more help with service and on getting the line down. The food needs to be fresh if you have to wait in the line for almost... 40- 45 mins there is no excuse when it comes down to great customer service. That's what your job consist of dealing withpeople. If you can not do that then please work at a warehouse where the only people that will have to talk to you are thepeople inside that same facility as you. You all need to start back wearing headnets all that hair swinging all around the foodis screaming shut down. Please wear glove's you are handling food, money and touching thing's left and right. Safety is andalways is Key to a clean and safe environment. Then pull your pants up nobody wants your private parts swinging around food.Wash your uniforms the employers needs to supply more uniforms for there establishment.
