Yes I drove in set in line for more than 20 minutes because they wasn't letting anyone in, only to hear they had no fish and no... tea. Plus I've notice even with a meal now you get a small kiddie drink. Sandwiches are smaller, prices are higher. In my book,that's not good. I feel if you buy a meal.... This mcdonald's location was out of frappes for nearly a year due to management not replacing the frappe machine. It's nice to... see them selling frappes finally which is part of the breakfast menu that customers pay for. This gets two stars. Read more
This is by far the worst place other than the one on Covington Pike...We went on lunch break and it took the cashier damn near... 20 to 30 minutes to just take our order...I dont care how hungry I am I'll never go to this one again Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is by far the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. Used to come here during... my lunch break, but not anymore. There can be 1 car ahead in the drive thru and it still takes 20 minutes to order. My foodhas been wrong multiple times, and one time I didn't even get my food because it took so long to even make my order. Will notbe back to this location. They need to do better. As a side note: Do yourself a favor and go to Subway down the street. Faster service and better food. Read more
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We work down the street and we have tried to get food here for 2 weeks (mon-fri)! Every... SINGLE DAY they say the same thing. "We only accept Uber Eats and Doordash" or they make you sit in line and say NOTHING TO YOU.Then you are forced to leave and they are hiding when you drive by. I have never even gotten to tell them my order! This isthe absolute worst McDonald's I have ever seen in my life. This McDonald's is known for bad service and locals warn you to noteven try. One of the worst McDonalds in Memphis. When I saw how filthy the parking lot appeared, i probably should have passed the up I... waited 28 minutes in line. After receiving my order, I checked to ensure that it was correct. Everything was cold, they neverhave tea, they have bad customer service, and wear scarfs and sleeping bonnets in the drive thru.
