If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars, that would be too much. The parking lot is dirty, the food is horrible, and the service... is the worst I've ever seen at one of their locations. I had to wait over 45 minutes for a Spud and Chicken Wrap. The chickenhas gone from chicken breast to sandwich meat. You have to ask for the little things like dressings and pickles. The tea is notthe same and it's usually only 3 individuals in the store during lunchtime. Get it together! Read more
McAllister's has really gone down in service and food. I used to be able to order a turkey melt off of the menu and it was... perfect. Now one can't get it. I don't want a spicy anything. It's so disappointing. They even have closed the originalrestaurant in Oxford, MS. Corporate thinks that's okay, it's really not. McAllister's used to be a wonderful place. Read more

The crew decided Mcalisters deli it was for lunch. I will say there were many of us, but they seemed backed up before we even... ordered. Mar took the order I of course got the veggie sandwich no cucumbers extra onions as always, and some horseradish sauce. I had the potato salad this time, which I normally don't like. I did enjoy the sandwich and the potato salad. I was ok with ittaking 30 minutes to get the food. Read more
Pretty cool place to dine in everything was really good. McAlister's is expensive if your money isn't right don't come here... ordering up end paying $60 for some spuds lol lol. Read more
I waited over 40 minutes for my half sandwich and baked potato to come out and they never did. I saw people who ordered well... after me get their orders. My coworker asked about our food and the reply was they had no idea when it would be ready. I askedfor a refund and the manager gave me a refund that did not include my tip after helping another customer with his order. Themanager gave me the correct refund and refunded my coworkers order. We were there for close to an hour. The place appears verydisorganized because our orders were skipped and they were giving food to people who had just walked through the door. A onehour lunch break should be long enough to grab a bite to eat. I won't be going back to this location. Read more
