If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars, that would be too much. The parking lot is dirty, the food is horrible, and the service... is the worst I've ever seen at one of their locations. I had to wait over 45 minutes for a Spud and Chicken Wrap. The chickenhas gone from chicken breast to sandwich meat. You have to ask for the little things like dressings and pickles. The tea is notthe same and it's usually only 3 individuals in the store during lunchtime. Get it together! Read more
McAllister's has really gone down in service and food. I used to be able to order a turkey melt off of the menu and it was... perfect. Now one can't get it. I don't want a spicy anything. It's so disappointing. They even have closed the originalrestaurant in Oxford, MS. Corporate thinks that's okay, it's really not. McAllister's used to be a wonderful place. Read more
One thin slice of meat on a $12 sandwich(see photos)? I will never spend one dime here ever again!!
Had a small group of friends and family meet here and the food/service were both outstanding? will definitely be going back.... This is my new favorite location in the area for sure. Read more
