Found a bloody fingernail in my soup!!!! They had me on hold for 20 minutes to lie and say they were going to get the manager,... the manager never came to the phone!!!! My Chef Salad was wilted lettuce, mealy tomatoes and soggy cucumber. Nothing else but 5 soggy croutons and a few cheese bits. I... rarely get food out and was really looking forward to it. The cashier was very nice. However my order was wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad. McAlister club with extra... crispy bacon and pickle and honey mustard on the side. My pickle was missing as well as my chicken for my salad. It was pouringdown raining when I left and I traveled too far to go back. Read more

We all ordered from an office under different names. My coworkers didn?t get their drink, wrong chips, burnt bread, and my salad... had no dressing. Basically everyone in our office had something wrong or missing from their order. When we got on the phone withsomeone that said that they didn?t believe us and it was all our faults. The staff was completely rude over the phone trying toend the call as soon as possible. We were trying to be respectful just trying to make our order right. Read more
Food was good, It had been a long time since I had been to a McAlister's so I was looking forward to the visit. Sweet tea was... lovely as always and I had great service. My one negative to the visit would be that from the time I walked in until I left tonsof tables all over the restaurant never got cleaned off after people left. Read more
Horrible experience. I placed a takeout order to pick up on our way to a soccer game. Simple enough and it wasn?t during a busy... lunch or dinner rush. Literally 3pm. Ordered one sandwich, one sweet tea, and one brownie. After arriving to our soccer game Idiscovered my sweet tea was in fact unsweet, my sandwich had old avocado and was missing ingredients, AND I was charged for 2brownies instead of the 1 I ordered. Tried calling multiple times after and received no answer. I will be returning my uneatensandwich and unsweet tea several hours after the fact (I only wish I had time to check my food right in front of them when Ipicked it up). I will be expecting a full refund. Such a terrible experience and I had to figure out a secondary meal fromsomewhere else since I could not eat this. McAlister?s used to be my favorite. ???? Read more
