Found a bloody fingernail in my soup!!!! They had me on hold for 20 minutes to lie and say they were going to get the manager,... the manager never came to the phone!!!! The cashier was very nice. However my order was wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad. McAlister club with extra... crispy bacon and pickle and honey mustard on the side. Horrible experience. I placed a takeout order to pick up on our way to a soccer game. Simple enough and it wasn?t during a busy... lunch or dinner rush. Literally 3pm. Ordered one sandwich, one sweet tea, and one brownie. After arriving to our soccer game Idiscovered my sweet tea was in fact unsweet, my sandwich had old avocado and was missing ingredients, AND I was charged for 2brownies instead of the 1 I ordered. Tried calling multiple times after and received no answer. I will be returning my uneatensandwich and unsweet tea several hours after the fact (I only wish I had time to check my food right in front of them when Ipicked it up). I will be expecting a full refund. Such a terrible experience and I had to figure out a secondary meal fromsomewhere else since I could not eat this. McAlister?s used to be my favorite. ???? Read more
