We took my 9 year old here for her birthday Wednesday and we had a blast!!! The staff was great.. very helpful and professional.... Liliana (not sure if that’s correct) but she took my daughter through the ropes course and made it the best experience forher.. she continued to check on us throughout the evening even when we were bowling! Main Event was awesome. I’m mean as far as family fun and entertainment they have everything covered. The food is amazing down... to the deserts. This place was so amazing and mainly due to such great staff. We showed up during the middle of the day on a week day and we're... completely surprised that it was packed full with a bus load of kids. The staff definitely had it handled and we still got to doall the things and have a good lunch. the staff told us the best bang for our buck and what packages to do to get the most outof the experience. Me and my aunt went around 5pm. We paid for wrist bands to play unlimited billiards, bowling, Lazer tag, and other various... activities. I got the app and got free credits to play at the arcade. They had a bar and regular drinks there with free refills.The drinks were a great price, the soft drinks were $3.50 and I got two cups and unlimited refills. The wrist bands to playunlimited were just $20 a person all night until midnight (they were actually open past then and would gladly let you stay).Also the atmosphere was amazing!!! Cause we went at a time with no kids and because the billiards and bar were for adultslargely we had a ton of fun. This place is by no means only for children!!! Also it by no means is expensive to do any of theactivities here. Also the employees at the front were very helpful and told us everything we needed to know, the bartenders werevery quick and kind as well. Me and my aunt plan on going back again very soon and since we have our free credits for the arcadestill to play some of those games as well. Had an overall good time with the husband. It was cool to be back in the 90s again. Some games were fun (DDR & Typhoon), but... there are several shooting games with the guns were not functional (Big Buck Player 1 trigger can lock backwards as there was notrigger guard) or not calibrated correctly (Ghostbusters) leaving it unplayable. I got lunch with during our visit. I ended upwith mild food poisoning. Losing a lot of water the day after. We did a few rounds of bowling. The shoes provided were kindafalling apart. Not sure if this is how bowling shoes usually are since I haven't been bowling since I was eight. The staffoverall was really nice, and the most memorable person that left a positive impression was Saturn in the prize section. I'll goagain. But only to see my husband happy. I still appreciate the experience, but I did feel financially juked when I spentcredits on unusable games. Read more
The Receptionist lied to use while we're purchasing the game cards. He told us most of the games were 1.5 game credits but in... actuality most of the game credits cost 7.5 and higher. Overall it was cool for my kids. It was my daughter's 10th birthday, wetook her to here. This place reminds me of Dave n Busters back in chicago. Has alot of games bowling, pool, and the attractionthat let you Kinda like wall climb. I probably come back at a later date to play pool or bowl with my wife and friends. I would honestly like to say that main event has fallen off tremendously with their food. Me and my family went to main event on... Sunday December 4th around 11:20am. For my brothers birthday. When we came wanting to be seated waiting for a host. The headchef came in and stated that there was no sever there at the moment so we had to order our food where they serve pizza. Theygave us the menu, after we decided what we wanted we got our buzzers and sat at the booths waiting for our food. I ordered thewings with fries which was 19.50. And my mom ordered a burger with fries, a chicken sandwich with fries, tater tots, chickenstrips , Mac & cheese and nachos. We got situated and began to eat, however my wings were cooked too tough, the middle of mymoms chicken sandwich was cooked tough in the middle so she couldn’t eat it. The Tater tots were too salty… The mac &cheese, & nachos was warm. I took a bite out of the chicken strips and it tasted like fish. When frying foods, the oil issupposed to be light not dark it makes the meat being cook become dark. I tasted my moms chicken sandwich and it tasted likefish as well. Also the family meal was 70 dollars and we didn’t even make a mark when eating. Do better main event. Read more
