Tried to place an order and they didnt know what i wanted... Tragic
I ordered online from the portal and everything I wanted they did not have but charged me for it all. If ypu do not have... something available call the customer. I paid for 3 items and only got one. What kind of sense does that make. No extra pizza tocompensate no drinks no cheese bread no wings. Why stay open. Also my pizza was not made correctly. I will never return to thislocation again! Stopped by just to get bread sticks. I already had chicken and pasta at home. It was all very tasty.
Bad service ate their pizza and ended up puking my gutts out all night and morning xouldnt hold nun down the first time I called... employees were rude put me on the phone with someone else then they told me to order online but it wouldn't let me order onlineso I called them back no answer called again no answer called again the lady answered but the put me on an hour hold so I hungup called again no answer called again women answers I said hello then hangs up in my face so then I called again they answer soafter ordering my food wich was a Hawaiian pizza two orders of wings two orders of crazy bread and four orders of the garlicbutter sauce so my grandmother goes and picks it up gets to my house and guess what only the pizza and wings and one oder of thecrazy bread was there I do not recommend anyone ordering from this place its ratchet and terrible customer service and I'venever not one time had a problem with any of the little Caesars locations but this one and I will never go back who ever ownsthis store needs to fire all the staff or do something about your workers bc this is ridiculous and on top of everything I stillpayed full price not to mention garlic wings were not even good Read more
