I just purchased 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas. One of the pizzas is hard as a rock and the other pizza is not cook (dough is... not cooked at all in the center). We ordered almost $50 worth of food to only not have the drinks delivered and my co-worker had to drive to the store and pick... the drinks up. Also, we ordered 2- 8 count garlic parmesan wings and both orders were burnt. I am very disappointed. I attemptedto call, but they would not answer the phone. What is the point of ordering online when you still have to wait an extra 30 min to get your pizza. I ordered my kid a extra... most bestest sausage I told the young lady this looks like a regular sausage pizza. I?m not sure if she was mad because theywere behind on orders but she seem like she had an attitude and replied well we used a measuring cup so it is what you ordered.The only good thing I can say is it was hot. But for future reference stop telling people that their order is ready when it?snot. Read more
One of the worst experiences I've had in fast food. Seriously. This is COVID season. We have an infant and two small... children. "I'll order Little Caesar's on the app and pick up in the store. In an out, everyone's happy," I thought. I placedmy order at 5:52. I sat in the parking lot until 6:12, when I was informed the pizza was ready for pickup. I went in to asmall, cramped area with more than 10 people all waiting to order and pick up their food. When I approached a second personstanding near the front and asked about my pickup order, she directed me to wait in line. That's not what I expected, but fine. At 6:15 I enter the line. Something I only learned about later, I got ANOTHER email at 6:22 saying that my order wasready. That second order confirmation (6:12 and now 6:22) telling me my food was ready for pickup was quite amusing. A littleafter 6:35 (23 minutes from my first 'it's ready' email, and time spent in a cramped area with two small children runningaround), it is finally my time at the cash register to 'place my order.' I give them my pickup number. I'm not in the system. They ask for my name. They find me. Then they tell me that I have to wait on the sausage pizza and the crazy bread, and thatit should take "about ten minutes." I asked if I could cancel my order, and I was told I could leave if I wanted. I chose todo so. Don't accept pickup orders and do not say the order is ready for pickup when you haven't even begun to prepare the food. I get that it made their tracked metrics look good, but it was a lie and terrible customer service. I have two small childrenand a newborn at home. Hanging out in a small room with 10-15 people for half an hour was NOT my idea for dinner when I placedmy 'pickup order' on the app. Rotten service. No apologies. So awesome & cool! Pizza secured & the future is NOW! Order & Pay online and you can get contactless hot & ready pizza with out... the hustle of waiting in line! Idk if other locations have this but this is a 1st for me, this is the one I grew up going to myold high school that's next to it haha.???????? The wait time is too long, especially if one of the biggest draws to this establishment is the "hot and ready" pizza. I'm... literally waiting 10-15 minutes for "hot and ready" items every time I visit. The customer service definitely needs improving aswell. There always seems to be a shortage of staff and the cashier(s) appear overworked. It could be better with training &better management perhaps, but until then I think I'll make my own or go to another pizza chain. Read more
