Horrible customer service. Call-in made 6/21 @ 752pm. Was told by 2 employees that they were both the mangers, which I thought... was odd in the first place. Then the employees proceeded to tell me that they do not do Hot n Ready thin crust pizzas followedby the statement that they do not take call in orders.. Read more
Absolutely terrible in every way. It's dirty, customer service is awful, no drinks in cooler. Seriously need to close this... location or get it together. I have given this location many chances before I wrote this review but it hasn't gotten better,only worse. Save your time and money! Read more
Poor customer service. Placed an online order. Picked up 5 minutes after I received the email saying it was ready. Was missing... my crazy bread. They had to make it fresh. Then they forgot my sauce. Waited 25 extra minutes, and by then pizza was lukewarm?Noapology or anything. Read more
Cashier wasn't yet trained fully and apparently they stop cooking orders over a half hour before closing. If they don't already... have what you want pre cooked and getting tough in their warmer, then you are SOL. Read more

First let me compliment this branch for having the correct flavors. Now for the awful part. My son had seen the commercials so... many times until when I asked him to choose he immediately said pretzel and Litte Caesars. The picture in the store looked likethe commercials. But this is not what we got. The end that was supposed to be pretzel was so thin I thought he had been giventhe wrong pizza. If they hF run out of pretzel dough they should have informed my son and give us either have off the pizza orasked if we wanted a different kind. But of course I have learned to take pictures because I love doing reviews on places andbelieve you me this branch needed a review. I was so disappointed in their pizza making, however the cheesy bread was great. Iwould suggest that if you want to go to these Little Ceasars and order the pretzel pizza demand that they show you your pizzabefore you leave. I could only tell it was pretzel buy seeing some salt granules and tasting the end. I'll probably go toanother Caesars to see if they all are doing the same thing (false advertising). As you will see from my pictures below. I evennoticed while looking at the picture that the crust was so thin where the pretzel is that it burnt. Buyer Beware! Read more
I dont know who the cooks are but they need to be retrained or trained correctly period. My order was terrible and I will not be... using this location anymore. Read more
