Was told they were not taking call in orders. Also not making new pizzas. Got home to not only the wrong order, but also burnt... and incredibly sloppily cut to the point where some slices were an inch long and not even cut through. Read more
Horrible customer service. Call-in made 6/21 @ 752pm. Was told by 2 employees that they were both the mangers, which I thought... was odd in the first place. Then the employees proceeded to tell me that they do not do Hot n Ready thin crust pizzas followedby the statement that they do not take call in orders.. Read more
Absolutely terrible in every way. It's dirty, customer service is awful, no drinks in cooler. Seriously need to close this... location or get it together. I have given this location many chances before I wrote this review but it hasn't gotten better,only worse. Save your time and money! Read more
Poor customer service. Placed an online order. Picked up 5 minutes after I received the email saying it was ready. Was missing... my crazy bread. They had to make it fresh. Then they forgot my sauce. Waited 25 extra minutes, and by then pizza was lukewarm?Noapology or anything. Read more
