I try to be patient. I understand that restaurants are going to be busy during lunch. I get that the staff can be overwhelmed by... a room full of hungry people. I understand that I am no more or no less important than the other customers. I appreciate thegreat attitudes of the staff at Lenny's and their willingness to help. That being said, my order was given to the WRONG PERSONand I did not have time to wait for my order to be remade so I had to go back to work HUNGRY. I understand that people get busybut it would have taken a second or two to look at a receipt and verify that the correct food went to the correct customer. Read more
Went to Lenny on Raleigh Lagrange and was served raw bacon on my husband's sandwich today. I ordered a veggie wrap everything I... said I didn't want was on the wrap. Went in to pick up the order the employees energy was very nonchalant and very low and rudethe young lady who was working was playing and giggling the only one who had customer service was the young man who checked meout. This is a shame we already have very few selections of restaurants chains to choose from in Raleigh and when ordering foodyou shouldn't have to worry about being served food poisoning as well. So far this location has surpassed any Lennys in the area. Everybody is super friendly, they call you by name and actually know... their sandwiches. They have gone above and beyond everytime. Read more
