Staff was not very friendly. Cashier was rude and snotty. Was having personal conversations with everyone else while taking my... order and started speaking to me like a toddler when she was not clear about asking a question with my order. Had my bag shovedat me with an eye roll after they gave me only part of my order. Everyone makes mistakes, but I don't appreciate the attitude. Read more

Very Disappointed, Quality, service, messy sloppy, sub sandwich. Almost think the person making the sandwich isn't clean. (Poor... standards of food hygiene) Lack of work performance by employee. Bring back experienced workers. Read more

Employee was on her phone the whole time while taking my order. My sandwich was bread and meat. Limited options at this airport... but maybe try somewhere else. Read more

Really wish I could give this location a negative because even 1 star is to much. Cashier was nice but back staff was so rude.... There were hairs in my sandwich, and all I got was attitude when I asked for them to remake my sandwich. Not a refund , just aremake. They literally starting yelling at me like I was the one who made the mistake. This place gives Memphis a badreputation, and most likely the reason I?ll never visit again . ???? Read more

One of the worst places I have ever been . Please keep your coins. Customer service sucks. Eye rolling and neck rolling was to... much for me. Owners please get some professional staff . Traveling is already stressful enough. Read more

I met Denise? not sure her last name.. I shared with her some informationthat I learned to do with people, and that?s 3 simple words. Make A Difference. She made a difference this morning. I have been in front of the closed gate since 5am, the posted opening time. The employee said 5:30 when I asked. It is now 5:40... & still closed. Upon inquiring again she not till the bread is done... I am very disappointed, still very hungry & flight out @6:05. Will not be getting food obviously due to the fact the 2 employees can not seem to open the establishment. I am fromHawaii & will probably never eat here due to the lack of professionalism...
