I frequent this location often due to proximity to work but my online order was jacked up. I took the time to select my... condiments and once I got back to work my sandwich was just meat cheese and bread. Also my drink and chips selection was wrong.As a customer we work to hard not to get what we pay for plus I always leave a tip?.we have got to do better!! Read more
The staff were very nice at this location The only problem had nothing to do with them it makes no sense at all for two large... subs to cost into cookies to cost $28! I am so disappointed in Tennessee! I don't think the people realize they are continuouslybeing ripped off here! It would be one thing if this was truly a gourmet sandwich or the buns are toasted and everything! Thatis not the case while it does taste good this was definitely not worth $15 each sub! For years, I have frequently order online or walked in for take out at this Lenny's. My order is always right and always ready... within 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and on the ball. Even when they are out of something due to COVID Supply Chainissues, they are quick to offer substitution or refunds. While I was waiting, I overheard the manager already calling to getthe out-of-stock items correct on the online order page for the store. Read more

Very good Philly cheese steak sandwiches! The were hot with a very generous portion for the price. It would have been easier to... eat had it been cut in half, otherwise really well done. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Read more
This used to be a good sandwich spot, but now they have that short lady behind the counter who doesn't know how to properly fix... a sandwich. My salad had old vegetables that were mostly brown; I tried again the other day and ordered a club sandwich. When Igot home, the lettuce was as brown as it could be. I'm not coming back. I'm not sure what happened, but this used to be a greatplace to eat. Particularly in this area. Read more
