I normally do a call in. This is my first time visiting this location and the LAST. While waiting on my sandwich it was given to... another person which means I had to wait until another one was made. All different kind of random people coming in that wereknew by the staff receiving preferential treatment. Management needs to step in before they are out of business. Read more
Recently, they have been out of lemonade the last two times I went here. Yesterday, they were out of lemonade and the ice... machine was down. No one fixed my order and I asked for a refund and the money never came back on my card. This location is amess. Read more

I?m only giving 2 stars because I ordered a Chicken Philly on my lunch break, I get back to work to eat it & I open it up & I... have a Philly cheesesteak ?not chicken? so I check my receipt & obviously it says chicken. I call up there 4 times, finallysomeone answers the phone & I proceeded to tell the young lady the problem & she hangs up on me. I call back & different ladyanswers the phone which is the lady that took my order ?Gabby? she was really nice & offered to make me another one if I bringit back up there. I mean the food is good, but I ordered a pick up for two sandwiches and they told me it?d be 10-15 minute. I get there 35... minutes after the call and the employees are just sitting and then get up and tell me it?s not ready yet? The store is empty,and they are just chilling?
