When i first walked i noticed they didnt have my online order ready. Everyone was on their phones. My order was messed up. I... told the person who made the salad and they told they put more meat in the salad instead of telling me. Overall bad service theyneed at least one adult at this location. Read more

Cold hard bread and not vegetables as shown in picture. Cheese very thin. Firehouse Subs is much better quality food.

Cooper-Young location... I spent $17!!! Ordered the Chicken Philly. Got home and it was almost all bread, not much meat, hardly... any toppings except a lot of the relish. What happened?? You all used to be great, my go-to for deli. Now I have to find anotherlocation or restaurant. I feel... no, I WAS ripped off. Read more

Todays wait time was beyond uncalled for? you had one employee on the phone fixing sandwiches.. one employee wearing a backpack... fixing sandwiches? people in the back playing when the lady on the phone asked them what was taking so long, they were playingand laughing.. give a class on customer service. The food is always good. But the wait time was beyond ridiculous. Read more

This location, I hate to say but it sucks. The last 3 times have been awful. 1st time they only 2 sandwiches to choose from,... 2nd time , I was told (very rudely) they were not taking in person orders, call in only, 3rd time (today) I ordered a #5 deluxeclub and got a very dry turkey instead. I'm afraid 3 strikes and you are out. This location is very convenient for me but I willnot return any time soon. Read more

I like Lenny's a lot but this location stands head and shoulders above all others. Great service and fantastic sandwiches.

I am very pleased with the staff change at this location. I?m a frequent eater of the Chicken Philly but recently in the last... months I haven?t been due to the dryness and lack of taste. However, the chef named Steve at this location completely changedthe game with the sandwich. It was cooked perfectly with a lot of moisture and superb seasoning. The man deserves a raisebecause about 10 of my friends stopped eating here due to horrible experiences but will be returning soon. Update: Decided togo on a Sunday when Steve wasn?t here and the sandwich cooked by the other chef was horrible. Dried and no taste at all. Steveneeds to teach the other chefs how to cook a Philly as well as he does. Update: Steve and Marcus are the only two chefs whoknow how to properly make a Philly sandwich. Fantastic as always. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because of the chocolate chip cookies. That's the only real reason they are gonna get... that many stars. I have not bought any sandwiches from them at all. My previous employer had the nerve to provide us lunch fromthe Lenny's on US HWY 64 and those 6in. subs were not selling me on ever buying a sandwich from them. We had the choice ofturkey, ham, or chicken salad or something like that. I chose turkey and to my regret. The sandwich was dry, tasteless, with notenough meat. And I'm the kind of person who hates too much meat. But all I was left with was a bunch of dry, hard bread. So,based off of that experience alone, I don't want to try any of their other foods. Like I mentioned, I go for the chocolate chipcookies only, and I think the price ain't bad for the size of the cookies. Yes. I am a chocolate chip cookie junkie???? andtheirs are the best I've eaten since Mrs. Field's left Memphis. From what I can tell, the times I've gone to get cookies, Idon't remember being greeted any of those times and that's at the one in Overton Square, which is closest to where I live. But,I could care less. I'm only there for the cookies anyway???? Read more
