Cold hard bread and not vegetables as shown in picture. Cheese very thin. Firehouse Subs is much better quality food.
Cooper-Young location... I spent $17!!! Ordered the Chicken Philly. Got home and it was almost all bread, not much meat, hardly... any toppings except a lot of the relish. What happened?? Todays wait time was beyond uncalled for? you had one employee on the phone fixing sandwiches.. one employee wearing a backpack... fixing sandwiches? people in the back playing when the lady on the phone asked them what was taking so long, they were playingand laughing.. give a class on customer service. This location, I hate to say but it sucks. The last 3 times have been awful. 1st time they only 2 sandwiches to choose from,... 2nd time , I was told (very rudely) they were not taking in person orders, call in only, 3rd time (today) I ordered a #5 deluxeclub and got a very dry turkey instead.
