The atmosphere was good because I was in my car, lobby not open. I had to wait 20 minutes after they asked me to pull around (I... placed an online order)and then the employee that asked me to pull around left and did not tell them what she had done. The food at this location is usually cold, depending on who's back there. I find it astonishing that you have to wait 10 to 30... minutes just to receive cold or lukewarm sliders with ice cold cheese and raw onions. But granted, as I said, it depends onwho's back there. I have had sliders that tasted fresh off the grill before, although this has been far and few between. Read more
Although the food was hot and good & the staff was professional and polite the service times were anything but... fast. Update: Dear owner, please understand this was not a dig at your restaurant, the Food, Service, Up keep of your restaurantis all great.... However as a reviewer for yelp & Google I have to let customers know that at this time 3 vehicles were asked topull over and wait for their orders. So yes we all received hot & fresh food however this means that your drive thru timesaren't as they appear. Perhaps if you tell customers in the drive thru that something will be made fresh they may decide to getsomething that's faster or wait yet they should decide.
