Do not recommend.. at least not this location. It was very dirty. The food was soggy and not fresh at all. Had to have the... worker remake the breakfast sandwich I ordered, she didn't like that at all. After driving for 5 hours, we all wanted a hotdelicious meal and this was not it. It was very disappointing because we don't have Krystal's in Oklahoma so for a firstimpression this was not it & probably never will be. Read more
The employees where on their cell phones, they you to order at the window then drive around to the front door and then you wait... another 20 minutes for them to bring out cold hamburgers, and they can't follow directions if I said no mustard that's what Imean no mustard. Waited outside for 20 minutes food never came out . went into complain we're five people were standing around doing nothing said... they were busy with other orders I was the only one there. Called American Express to dispute the charges. Would never return isgetting more need to replace staff with competent employees. Read more
My burgers were cold they did not have any other items not even pies or drinks, but they are 24hrs. After eating only 2 cheese... Krystals with bacon about 3 hrs later my stomach started turning hurting bad to the point my husband took me to the ER to findout I have bad food poisoning... You only get two because the cashier had a good attitude and even made what we were missing. She also used gloves after handling... cash. Ordered a pick 5 and didn?t get a cheese Krystal. The girl had to be in her early twenties argued me down that she countedthe cheese Krystal I told her I don?t have to lie about a Krystal and showed her the bag. Sure enough it wasn?t there. I was giving these frys with my order the girl goes to get her manage and she comes to the window rude.. I asked if they had any... more fries she says naw we don?t . But as you can tell these fries was sitting there all day . Food is to high to give someonefood. That you wouldn?t eat your self!! Read more
Sliders the food was ok. Don't order from any delivery service took over hour for them to cook the food... Not deliver but... cook. The driver had to wait he told me is girls playing around and not working, and on top of that they still messed up theorder. Read more
These are some unprofessional people that work here. They should be taught, if they care, when customers are in the... establishment, all personal conversations should hault. The manager and the staff talking about other employees who wereterminated and baby daddies. They couldn't get my order together because they were talking about inappropriate things! Read more
