I ordered a combo from the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes for the food. I came inside to check on my order. I was then told... that my order would not be made because they weren't going to make burgers. Instead they were only making breakfast items. Thatnever was told or expressed to me in the drive thru. I was refunded my money after I wasted 20-25 minutes of my time. If I nevergot out the car, I would have been ignored and forgotten about. Completely disregarded. This location is done. I have been coming here the past 3 months because it?s close to my job but I rather drive all the way to... poplar. They never get my full order right. Always sitting around and the girl at the window always got a attitude because sheforgot my stuff. If anyone should be mad it?s me. A busy location to be sure but between the 30 minute "cook waits" and running out of multiple items at different times of the... day it seems that this location needs better management. I take that back. I had to wait for 35+ minutes for my food. No one inside no one in drive thru. I asked twice for ketchup. No... ketchup. When I attempted to go inside for ketchup the manager rudely told me to slow down. She would bring it out to me. Eventhough there were 2 of her friends sitting inside. I felt discriminated against.
