There was a sign the door stating dining area open. But door was locked. Employee had bad attitude stating that not enough... employees working that why the door was locked. Well, take sign down. And stop having a bad attitude. I wanted to dine. So Ileft. DoorDash was there waiting also. Read more
Honestly I have been working in this area for months and only twice has the dining room been open at noon lunch time. The... employees are standing outside of the building at one of the busiest times of day and tell you the dining room is always closedwith a big sign that says the dining room opens at 9am. At what point do you replace employees that are costing this site somuch revenue? Read more
I won't be back to this Krystal. The Krystal burgers were soggy, literally, the buns were wet! Hardly any condiment on the... burger. The best part of the meal were the fries.. and they underfilled the carton. The person taking the order sound so lowenergy.. no smile or common courtesy. I felt like problem not a welcomed customer.. Note check your order before you leave the drive thru. Once we ordered we were asked to pull forward. We ordered 4 krystals meal... deal l, after waiting 5-8 minutes after being asked to pull forward we received our food and drove on our way only to learn wewere shorted 1 sandwich which doesn't sound like much but I like to get what I pay for. The food was fresh. It was barely 9 and they had no gravy after waiting in line for over 30 minutes and the dining room was... closed although the huge sign on the window said otherwise. Said dining area open like 8am-9pm. So I tried going in and lost aposition in line. But over 30 minute wait and there was only 4 maybe 5 cars in line for breakfast is uncalled for. But afteryou sat in line 20 minutes and you're next to the mic you kinda feel obligated at that point. But as I said food was fresh eventhough they didn't have gravy so I couldn't even get the sausage gravy scrambler which is my reasoning for even going there forbreakfast. Read more
A typical Krystal, the fast food chain. Usually I?m not a very fond of them, except the wings. I picked some little sliders (... pack of three), and 6 spicy wings. The staff taking drive through order got an initial difficulty to understand the order, butthat?s understandable as I have an international accent. I had to wait for a while as they were frying the wings. I got thefood, piping hot. The sliders/ small sandwiches are pretty mediocre and fry, as expected. Those look tiny but quite heavy. I am not sure what was going on, but the window employee was yelling at the other employee about a female who was not present.... It was unnecessary and my wait was extended. The window employee/cashier kept taking 2-4 steps back and forth to the otheremployee to discuss the dramatic situation. Food was descent. I understand communication between employees is normal, yetyelling and stopping to assist the customer to shout at your coworker about drama is unwanted. Read more
