Terrible customer service. I went about 15 minutes after opening to get doughnuts for my students as a reward. The woman... working the drive thru shouted at me about them not having doughnuts and did not even give me the option to wait on them (whichI was very willing to do had it been offered). I was unable to fulfill my promise to my students because of this terribleexperience. This place should be shut down. Read more
Went to this location because my nieces love Krispy Kreme. When I came in, there was no line at all. Someone was cleaning... counters and I just waited patiently since I was in no hurry. While I was ordering my assorted dozen, I felt like they justwanted me to hurry up and get out. I was looking to order a drink and they said they didn't have any drinks available. Horrible the entire store should have been closed! We came at 4:30pm, drive thru and was informed they ONLY HAD ORIGINAL... DOUGHNUTS AND THEY WEREN?T HOT! It?s your average Krispy Kreme, it has a drive through which is nice, but it?s missing one very important thing, military... discounts. It speaks very badly of your establishment when you make an everyday decision to not give the people who keep yousafe, a 10% discount. Every other Krispy Kreme that I have been too, including the one on base where I live, offer militarydiscounts. The owner here needs to wake up and gain some appreciation for everyone who has served. The HOT SIGN was on. Order via the app and order was ready. Glazed doughnut were fresh and service was good.
Much better service than last time I was here. Place was nice and clean and there were plenty of fresh donut options. Had to... come grab some of the Thanksgiving releases, Top priority being the Orange Cranberry. They are fantastic! Coffee tasted a littleburnt, but the bitterness actually complimented the sweetness of the donuts. Read more
Unbelievably slow service, you might want to pack a lunch if you plan on sitting in line for donuts because you're going to be... there for a while. No exaggeration, there was only three cars in front of us and it took almost 15 minutes from the time theyasked for our order for us to get our order. I truly don't understand what took so long to get our order. Oh yeah, forgot tomention we only ordered a dozen of original donuts, a medium coffee (2 creams and 3 sugar) and a large vanjlla latte. Becausethey forgot to put cream or suger in the coffee, we had to go back and walk up to drive through to get the condiments ( thelobby was closed drive-thru window is only option).
