Ok I?ll be the first to admit I love to eat and I love great food. But this right here is nasty. I?ve had some good food and... this is by far the worst. The butter sauce was inconsistent, the sausage was a weird texture. The crab legs was not pleasant andthe corn was tough. I?m not from Tennessee so I can?t recommend another spot. ATTENTION DOOR DASHERS BEWARE!!!!! I don't how the food is but I'm a door dasher. I must agree this cashier has the most nasty... attitude she has no customer service skills at all. We are not required to give our name when picking up orders. She refused togive me my customers food on two occasions. The first time I was on the live e with support and they heard the wholeconversation. They called the store and they refuse to answer the phone. She was a little upset but customer service canceledthe order and refunded my customer before leaving the store. Then same outcome today she was a little more humble this goodround but the outcome was still the same. Food canceled and they ended up losing for money because I still got paid both times.To make sure that my customer that I deliver to get the best possible service they have been taking of my list completely and atthe rate she's going they so close from being removed completely. My aunt in New Orleans makes some of the best gumbo I ever had but Krab Kings is the best in Memphis period! I've had 3 others... and it didn't have the roux the right way and the shrimp, crab and sausage are so small compared to Krab Kings. They have lotsof other seafood like crab legs, shrimp, lobster and catfish. The Po boys are amazing too with your choice of chicken, steak,shrimp or catfish and everything is seasoned so good also my favorite the #9. Fried Lobster, Fish, & Shrimp 1 lobster tail, 3strips, and 10 shrimp with fries and coleslaw. Call ahead cause it's made fresh. Read more

Loved it for a first-time visit. The portions are wonderful, the seasoning is spot, and the employees are very friendly. The... only thing I didn't like was that the drink cups were so small. However, I will definitely be back, and I recommend this toanyone who loves their seafood. Read more
Great tasting seafood in a variety of flavors. The wait time is decent and all fried foods are cooked to order so its hot and... fresh when it comes out. The sides are pretty good. I'm a fan of the crab pasta. It's one of the best items anywhere in thecity. The cost is moderate but seafood typically is more expensive than most other categories of food, but the prices are greatfor the quality of the meal.
