Asked for Nashville hot tenders. This is what I got. Asked for Ranch - No sauce :( Was fresh I suppose. Just disappointed
If you do take out, be sure to check your order. If you do delivery, don?t because you never get all of your food ( I was... missing six biscuits, the free gallon beverage advertised and the dipping sauce that came with my meal). They never answer thephone. The food was fresh though. Read more
Rating my experience as 2 stars is generous. Upon arrival there were no customers in line, however server asked for others? Then... a confused person appeared from customer bathroom who talked for 2-3 min. Finally, the server took my order for 24 wings, 2biscuits & lg order slaw. After about 20 min, I rcvd my takeout w/o biscuits. Upon notice, my order was completed. However, uponreturning home I discovered that the wings were horribly overcooked and biscuits were stale. Not safe nor friendly! Zero customer service! Went in to use their bathroom. An employee unlocked the bathroom door WITHOUT... KNOCKING NOR SAYING ANYTHING! I yelled, "occupied!" The employee had the audacity to walk away without ever apologizing andleaving the door unlocked! I had to lock the door again, myself. Afterwards, I attempted to order food. Which never happenedbecause all the employees were too busy chatting it up in the back. Not a single employee was up front near the cash register.My 4 year old toddler could not understand why we were not getting serviced: "Mommy, I'm hungry. They have food. You havemoney." That's right. I had the money. However, WE WERE IGNORED! No one ever acknowledged our presence. I'm not one to make ascene so I replied to my toddler: "Sad, but true, not all people are kind and that's why being kind and having manners is soimportant. Now, let's go to an even better place to eat!" Poor drive through design. Had to wait on food to be done and they had me circle around and sit in the parking lot. To do that,... you have to get into traffic. Just poorly designed. When they brought food, didn't bring napkins or forks, so had to go back into get. Panhandler hit me up. Food was good...just poor location. Read more
