This store was extremely cold & I waited 13 minutes for 3 chicken tenders
The management AND customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We arrived in the drive thru at 6:13 pm and attempted to order 10... LEGS! Although the greeting was very pleasant, the MANAGER in the background RUDELY said we dont have 10 wings. I replied shedidn't have to say it like that she replied WE DONT. This is a KFC Taco Bell it seems like each time we go there there are out of things yesterday they were out of chicken wings I... was ordering a 2 pc white meal she offered a leg or thigh and I told her I wanted another breast I'd pay for it when we got homewe had a cookie instead of a biscuit ordered our drinks large and they gave us the small ones that come with dinner.i had to askfor my register reciept and the employees had to get someone to put tape in the machine and wait while the machine caught up andthey found ours we have gone to this store and they will just say KFC and when u ask about taco Bell they say you can orderchicken no taco bell there have been times we go by at 8 pm and they will say they are out of the sandwiches or strips about amonth ago I order pintos and cheese and when we pulled of to see if everything was in the bag they had put some kind of blackbeans in a cup when my husband took it in to change one of the male employees told him they didn't sell pintos and cheese andargued for 10 minutes my husband told him we've been getting them over ten years my husband finally told him to keep the stuffhe'd be going to the other taco bell where we normally get them and the guy was rude enough to say go ahead I'm in charge ofthat store too only reason we still stop is because it's close to the house and try to go on a different shift Read more
The young lady that was working/running the shift was working the drive thru and dining. She didn't miss a beat. She was... extremely pleasant and was directing the other staff. It was clear that the location was understaffed but she kept the drivethru and inside running as smooth as possible. I wish I knew her name. She was working 4 positions at once. I Ordered a two piece combo with fries. When I received my order it had green beans! Informed the lady at the drive thru and ... she said to pull forward. I waited ten minutes and no one had brought the fries! I had to get out of the car and knock on thewindow to let them know I was still waiting! This was very poor customer service! Read more
