They don't deserve a star but I had to give it to give a review. They lie about giving fresh food and having a bad attitude is... their specialty. They have customers move back and then move forward to prevent them from running over their timer; which isalso a form of lying to corp about customers' service. If you work for doordash Uber eats at night be prepared to wait for 30 minutes to pick up they are rude and have no quick pick... up for drivers. People are trying to make a living and they in the back talking and playing around people food. Read more
I went thru the drive through thinking I would buy a family meal to eat off of during the weekend. I asked the young lady about... the 8 piece to which she responded that three sides came with the meal. The sign outside listed only two sides coming with themeal at a different price than what the cashier quoted me. When I was trying to get clarity about the sides and cost of themeal, the cashier spoke fast like an auction caller. I asked if she could repeat what she said and would she speak slower. Shedidn't. So, I ended up getting a two piece meal. The chicken was warm. Needless to say, I am not hungry anymore, but I am notsatisfied, because I wanted a family meal. Read more
New to Memphis and I have to say that the Young Lady Employee that works the drive thru each time I go there makes this location... the NICEST KFC IN Memphis. Poor service. Cashier was rude. After receiving my order I went back to the counter for sauce. Instead of acknowledging me stand... there, cashier rook three more orders then proceeded to pull chicken that wasn't even ready. She then got on her phone. Likereally? I had to flag another worker (a cook) down instead. ALL the tables were dirty. First and last time coming. Food was goodthough. Read more
