The staff is horrible with nasty attitudes. The manger was very nice nasty! I frequent this place of business at least twice a... week, but not anymore. Corporate has received my complaints. Not the best customer service. And I get home and find 1 piece of chicken missing from my 8 piece meal and the fries in my... order were not fresh, they must have been sitting out for a while. Bit the chicken was hot, for once. How sad it is that I cannot grab some chicken from my neighborhood KFC and actually recieve what I ordered and paid for!! At what point does the ownerof this franchise chime in or perhaps even train the staff on good customer service. Maybe a visit from the health departmentwould help this location????? Read more
Wish I could give zero. Will not be returning. I was told there was a 16 minute wait on fresh chicken. I mistakenly decided to... wait. It ended up taking 50 minutes and my order was still incomplete. I was there long enough to see ALL the employees on breakdespite there being cars waiting to order. Customer Service 0/10. I don?t know if the cashier APRIL hates her job or was overwhelmed but you don?t yell and get upset because a customer doesn?t... give you the exact change. You gave me the correct change back so I don?t understand the reason for the attitude but I use to gohere a lot but after today, I will no longer be back. Her attitude is very ugly. I asked for her name and her response was ITSON THE RECEIPT. I didnt like her appearance either, look like she just rolled out of bed and went straight to work. Told them I wanted green beans for my sides order 3 different times and got home and still got cold slaw instead of green beans... in my order and also soda that I paid for that I did not receive when I looked at my receipt . Read more
