Amazing sandwiches but, the wait at the store is long. Solution: only sandwiches to be made up front should be the people... actually ordering in the store. Make all online, call in and catering in the back. Do this especially during peek hours/days. Read more

It's been far too long since I've a Jersey Mike's Sub and it hit me like a rock what I had been missing. It was even better than... I remembered. Sandwich was superb and the staff appeared to be genuinely happy to be there. Read more

This place has the best hoagies. If you are from the Philadelphia area, then you know what I'm talking about. This is a taste of... home and the only place I will get a sandwich from. The people that work here are awesome! Read more

I don?t know if this location is understaffed or if they have plenty of staff and they just don?t know how to work quickly and... efficiently but I have on several occasions placed an online order allegedly to be ready 15 minutes from order being placed. Ihave arrived at my designated pick up time and my order was never ready. One time I waited over 30 minutes for an order that wassupposed to have been ready 30 mins prior. Absolutely ridiculous and then the employees don?t even seem to be apologetic for theinconvenience. I love the food but it?s just not worth the ridiculous wait times. Read more

The place is clean, but they didn?t have any paper towels in the restroom, which was really needed because of the amount of oil... on my sandwich. It was soaked. They give you a lot of meat, which explains the prices. The people are friendly. The frontparking lot is a nightmare. There?s some parking in the back. Don?t go there and plan to go west on Poplar when you finish. Read more

I deleted my first customer service review from earlier todsy I have not changed my opinion from earlier today I went in to... location and waited and waited five minutes or so to get some one to take my order I felt uncomfortable because know one one waspaying no attention to me I felt like no wanted to take my order. I tried to back earlier to edit my information so I had tostart over. I love the owners of this restaurant franchise and I wanted to edit the owners do a great job and great job this wasabout customer service and greeting customers and make them feel welcome and appreciated I know the nice people that own thisfranchise never forget to speak and greet Customers my issue was with I Felt uncomfortable and unored I had to go somewhereelse to get me my late lunch. I was greeted at the door by Amy with a warm welcome and a beautiful smile. I really felt like my business was wanted. Amy... fulfilled my order with a smile and with haste. I was given great advice from Amy about the Jersey Mike's app to take advantageof the great offers they have.
