I hate to leave a bad review because I always loveee there food! Never had a problem before. I had a salad from there and barely... even touched it when I realized I bit down on something hard. Despite the bad experience I once had at this location I decided to give this place another chance. I visited this store on... yesterday to get food. I was very unsatisfied with the guy that took my order. He charged me for a 9oz cup that they give youwith the Togo salad. I understand being charged for the extra cup that I wanted but he charged me for an extra cup that I didn'teven receive. I have been to this location several times and never been charged for the 9oz cup that comes with the salad. Theguy charged me for two 9 Oz cups and only gave me one. I asked why did he do that he just looked over me. This will my last timeat this location. Never eating at this place agian. I will start going to the other locations. The other locations are better. Inever have problems at the others. Read more
First, the wait time for a salad and a half sandwich and soup was quite long for 4pm on a Sunday. My daughter said the salad was... good, my half sandwich was good but the soup looked odd. It was broccoli and cheese, but instead of being yellowish it wasbrownish. I didn't eat it. I'll still go Jason's. Fantastic customer service. The Diet Coke was out and one of the staff members went out of their way to get us cans while they... attempted to fix the fountain machine. Every restaurant has issues from time to time - it?s how you handle them that matters,and this Jason?s Deli handled it beautifully. Read more
We have been placing an office order here at least 2 yrs now, for the past 2 months our order has been a hour or so late. By the... time the lunch comes the meeting is over and majority of the ppl are gone. This has been a complete waste of money. Most of thetime they leave our drinks or someone food is wrong. I have contacted corporate but still not luck so I decided to just leave areview. I guess we will have to find another place to order from for our meeting. Read more
I absolutely love Jason's deli, some of the best sandwiches around and you cannot forget about that huge salad bar, it's the... first time I get full off of salad cause I have so much on it! I was surprised to see the salad bar open, and I was very surprised to see the prices! This was our first visit since the plague... began. The seafood gumbo was spicy and good, and the corn beef sandwich was good. Get the lighter version because it?s still abig sandwich. Read more
I don't think that they're in business for money I think that they need to hire new management they're supposed to close at 9:00... I had been calling since 8:30 I stay down the street from the establishment afternoon I drove to the store the hours of businesswere still open but they have the door locked I called on the phone while I'm still there and no one answered the phone themanagement saw me at the door while waiting on a customer but still would not open the door or answer the phone I know that theywant to get paid when it comes to receiving a paycheck for all of their hours but yet for some reason they don't desire to workout of the hours that the establishment is supposed to remain open to customers is that same that we're going to close early andthen clean up or whatever but yet the hours of operation it's supposed to be the time that they are supposed to remain open forservicing customers and that's not what's happening it was nothing posted that said we're open until this particular time andthen we're closed at this time for cleaning up they simply decided to close and not answer your phone calls and lock the doordoing normal business hours Read more
